Since 1976, Sita has been a leading manufacturer of system solutions for drainage and ventilation of flat roofs - for industrial and commercial buildings.
Trade, but also architects and planning offices - everyone who works with Sita benefits from the experience in the form of several million components produced.
When it comes to drainage, emergency drainage from conventional flat roofs, green roofs, retention roofs, balconies and terraces, but also the ventilation of flat roofs, Sita is a leading player.
In 1976, Sita was one of the first to manufacture rainwater outlets industrially. The product portfolio now includes more than 2,000 items, many of which are embedded in practice-oriented systems.
Sita offers solutions to problems - not only at the product and system level, but also in consulting and project support. To calculate gravity and siphonic drainage, Sita uses proprietary programs, for example.

SitaTrendy
Rainwater weighs heavy on roofs - and can be a real test for the seal and structural strength. Conventional drainage is the most common type of roof drainage for flat roofs. The required number of rainwater outlets is defined by the size of the roof area.
The SitaTrendy features a thermally insulated compact design and high discharge volume. The flexible roof outlet is available with connecting sleeves of choice, screw-on flange or adhesive flange.
SitaTurbo
You need an emergency drainage system to get the water off your roof if it rains heavily. The main drainage system cannot manage these large volumes quickly enough. As climate change takes hold, an increase in heay rainfall incidents is predicted.
The SitaTurbo is something really special. When installed in the roof surface, this robust and extremely flat roof outlet routes water outwards through the parapet. The standard Turbo is great for piped drainage.
SitaVent pipe fairlead
A well coordinated system is required to ensure your building can breathe in and out, with components you need – for room, section or cold roof ventilation.
The SitaVent pipe fairlead is the secure roof connection for all cable and media fairleads on used and unused flat roofs. The base plate incl. the foamed-in connection sleeve of choice can cover almost every sealing connection. A multi-lip seal provides backflow protection up to a water column of 2m.
