VSM ACTIROX - Maximum stock removal. Faster cut.
ACTIROX stands for geometrically shaped ceramic abrasive grain that offers maximum stock removal. An aggressive cut combined with low contact pressure results in less noise and vibration, and less strain for the machine and its operators. Faster grinding significantly reduces the machining time. The TOP SIZE coat results in a cool cut, which significantly reduces material waste and renders further reworking unnecessary.
Ceramic grain for efficient grinding processes
The VSM CERAMICS and CERAMICS Plus portfolio offers a comprehensive selection of abrasives for a wide range of applications. With a total of 25 series in different versions and with different dimensions and grit sizes, there is a wide range of options to choose from. The ceramic grain series were primarily developed for machining metals, including stainless steel, nonferrous metals, superalloys and unalloyed steel.
