solidian specializes in the development and manufacture of non-metallic reinforcement solutions and systems for new construction and restoration and repair under the solidian brand, as well as innovative reinforcement solutions made of high-performance technical fibers for composite materials under the kelteks brand.

solidian GRID carbon is ultra-strong, lightweight, non-corrosive carbon fiber reinforcement mesh for structural concrete reinforcement.

Our carbon fiber mesh solidian GRID carbon for reinfocring concrete has a several times higher tensile strength than classic steel reinforcement mats. It does not corrode and is extremely lightweight. These positive properties lead in part to significant cost savings in construction, maintenance and repair. The lower consumption of material (up to 50 %  less water, sand and cement) when using our carbon fiber mesh for structural reinforcement, as well as the great potential for saving transport costs and CO2 emissions, make it a really sustainable solution. solidian REMAT is lightweight, high-strength carbon fibre reinforcement mesh.

Our carbon fibre reinforcement mesh is predominantly used as reinforcing support in concrete slabs. Reinforcement mesh is immersed in slab creating strong, lasting structures. The wire used in our carbon fiber reinforcement mesh is noncorrosive and extremely strong made with our product solidian Rebar which has a ribbed profile.

Ribbed profile improves bonding to concrete, which minimizes concrete cracking that may occur as a result of concrete shrinkage. Rebars (reinforcing bars) are not welded together but attached to each other by durable and solid injection molded crossing points forming the rigid mat. As a result our reinforcement mesh is combining the same mechanical properties of our solidian Rebars with the efficient handling of a robust mat on site.

Specially designed for CRM system. Solidian ANTISEISMIC Grid is a non-corrosive, high-strength, lightweight, alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh developed for the reinforcement of existing and new masonry and concrete structures subject to static and dynamic loading.

The product will increase strength, stiffness and ductility of structural elements. Our meshes can be produced and cut on requested dimensions. Special fillers (microsilica or quartz sand) can be added to the product for better adhesion.
