About us
KBH Maschinenbau is a German, family-owned company providing value added solutions for the concrete hardscape industry.
Our equipment is designed to be retrofitted in existing plant configurations as well as green field applications. Design manufacturing, programming, installation and commissioning is carried out by own personnel.
Apart from our machine manufacturing division we have a concrete division with two paver plants and one block plant. KBH concrete has a crushing plant, too.
This combination of paver block manufacturer and machine builder is what makes us unique in our industry.

KBH QC IMAGER - Automated Quality Control System
Incorrect concrete product will be detected by a special camera eye, automatically removed and replaced by faultless concrete product. During product replacement the dry side conveyor operation shall be interrupted under least extent.
IMAGER is installed next to lowerator for detection of product height, geometry, divots and build-ups and surface cracks.
IMAGER travels across the production during board standstill.
Product replacement can be done automated by a robot or - for cost saving purpose - by humans.
IMAGER containing the cameras and scanner for quality detection. Straddling dry side conveyor.
Detection takes place during board standstill - when cuber removes a product layer for product cube building.

A ventilation system removes and collects exhaust spray into filter cartridges.
Spray bar is kept in positive atmosphere and in a drawer for ease of maintenance and preventative maintenance – drawer can be accessed sideways from product conveyer.
No tools needed for spray gun and filter replacement.
KBH Spray Machines are designed to accommodate sprayable sealers available and are first choice for reliable sealer application.
KBH CRUSHER - in-line crushing solution
Architectural landscape products with reduced carbon footprint by KBH Crusher solution. Cull coming from the dry side quality control is directly fed to the CRUSHER. Crushed material can be introduced to the manufacturing process in direct manner.
