Whether in offices, residential buildings or in the industrial sector, ensuring that users have free access to power, data and multimedia connections is a basic requirement for most work processes. This is where our underfloor systems come in. They are used to construct safe, flexible and inconspicuous cable routing in the floor taking structural requirements into account. The products in our underfloor range can be combined with installation units for screed or false floors that are placed as required. PohlCon anchor channels are used to fasten companion structures. They are embedded in concrete and reliably transfer high loads into reinforced and unreinforced concrete components. The system solution uses special bolts that facilitate flexible application. Structural tolerances can be easily compensated for in this way. Our anchor channels are available in various designs. In combination with the accessories, anchor channels are used in a large number of projects in prefabricated construction, elevator or tunnel construction and for attaching curtain wall to crane runways and railings.

The elevator insulation JAI is the ideal solution for acoustically decoupling elevators of all types and noticeably reducing noise transmission into adjacent rooms. Whether in office or residential buildings, in new or existing buildings, our elevator insulation can be installed in almost any elevator system thanks to its slim design. Existing elevator systems can even be easily retrofitted with the components. The elevator insulation is mounted directly between the elevator guide rail and the shaft wall, preferably on the JTA anchor channel. This meets stringent sound insulation requirements. Project-specific adaptations can be implemented on request.

The RAPIDOBAT® formwork tubes are used for simple and economical production of high-quality reinforced concrete columns in a wide variety of shapes and qualities. The RAPIDOBAT® range includes self-supporting formwork in smooth, square, or hexagonal versions. Special shapes are available on request. We not only carry formwork tubes for simple reinforced concrete columns, such as those found in basements or underground garages. We also have solutions for producing exposed concrete columns with high-formlining class and exposed concrete class for use in residential construction. The self-supporting formwork consists of multiple layers of robust, recyclable paper and cardboard sheets, with an integrated ripcord for easy stripping.
