Very robustly designed grab for use on truck-mounted cranes with built in depth adjustment for adapting to building material packages with different heights.

This universal grab type is optimally equipped for the transportation of building material packages of different types and sizes. Due to the variable height adjustment and the large opening range, it can be used for all common building material packages with and without pallets.
Depth adjustment with a choice between floating position and locked.
The different levels are for the following heights: Level 1 (turned 0°) R 1,100 mm (43”)
Level 2 (turned 90°) R 1,280 mm (50”)
Level 3 (turned 180°) R 1,470 mm (58”)
Level 4 (turned 270°) R 1,650 mm (65”)
Due the optimised steel construction, no pressure when switching between the different depths is necessary - safe gripping of the packages.

Specially designed for heavy duty work with fork lift trucks.

For gripping heavier loads, or packs produced on multi-layer production machines. In particular used in conjunction with steel finger grippers. Can also be used for gripping packs of pavers which are not vertically steel strapped.

For the easy, exact and economical laying of concrete slabs, natural stones, slabs with exposed aggregates, large pavers, petrol station pavers and environmental pavers.

Chassis:
Rugged undercarriage (L x W = 1,300 mm x 1,300 mm / 51.51 x 51.51 in), 1 steering axle, 
1 axle with hand brake, 4 pneumatic heavy duty wheels, compartments for counter weights, foldable supports.

Swing Crane:
Telescopic in height via a hand operated winch crane jib 3,9 m (153,54 in) in length and able to turn 350° with 4 different stopping points. Foldable down to 2 m (78.74 in) in length and 2 m (78.74 in) in height for easy transport.

Vacuum turbine unit VGE electrically driven (E):
Powerful vacuum turbine with 3-phase elec­trical motor, maximum underpressure 520 mbar (7,541 psi), incl. motor protection switch, plug CEE 32 A with integrated phase-switch, silencer, air-fil-ter with pre-separator. Type VGE-SB-L-E.

Vacuum Hose Lifter:
Supply hose, lifting unit, operating valve unit, hose-cylinder extension.
Lifting height -250 mm/9.84 inch (below ground level) to +1250 mm/49.21 inch.

The JUMBO-BV-VARIO is a vacuum curb laying machine with articulated boom and offers highest safety in the swivel area thanks to the innovative Probst safety feature "SAFESTOP".

Mostly kerb stones are installed one side of the road, while on the other side vehicles are still allowed to drive. Existing knuckle boom jibs provide some advantages, such as space requirements, but usually they have disadvantages because it cannot be avoided that they might swing into the trafficed area. This could cause fatal accidents.

Operating Valve unit with handle, dust­filter. Kerb stone suction gripper with durable foam rubber seal, also suitable for natural kerbstones. All components can be changed using quick fasteners.

Pillar Swing Crane: With hydraulic, vertical tilt capability, diagonal to the direction in which it is travelling. Capable of tilting in the direction in which it is travelling via the pivotal cylinder of the ­loading bucket. Swing range of the crane jib appr. 270°.
