Incorrect concrete product will be detected by a special camera eye, automatically removed and replaced by faultless concrete product. During product replacement the dry side conveyor operation shall be interrupted under least extent.
IMAGER is installed next to lowerator for detection of product height, geometry, divots and build-ups and surface cracks.
IMAGER travels across the production during board standstill.
Product replacement can be done automated by a robot or - for cost saving purpose - by humans.
